The first guest was a Marquis
This is why we are determined to make our guests feel like one
This is a 3-story house built for the Marquis of Salamanca in the second half of the 19th century by Elies Rogent, Gaudi’s teacher in the university, and therefore the building is included in Barcelona’s heritage catalogue. It has been completely restored and refurbished in 2008 with excellent design and quality materials.
It is located in Carrer Bonavista 4. There are a total of 10 apartments available in the building.
The building is equipped with an elevator, and there is a large gardened flat roof where our guests relax after a long day visiting the city. We can also offer a parking place in the same building and luggage locker. The building is adapted for wheelchairs.
For your security, the entrance of the building is monitored by a surveillance system.
