What happens in case of late arrival?
We ensure a permanent check-in service. If you arrive after 21:00 you will be asked a 30€ extra charge, after 24:00 the extra charge will be of 40€.

 

At what time can we arrive?
Official check-in time is after 15:00. If you arrive before then, it is possible to check-in before if the apartment is available. If it is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage in the apartment and let the housekeeper finish while you visit Barcelona.

 

How much do I have to pay to book an apartment?
At this moment we are not requesting a pre-payment in order to secure the booking. We hold your credit card information as guarantee of the booking, therefore the 100% of the payment is made on arrival, by Credit Card or in cash.

 

Prices include VAT?
Yes, prices include VAT.

 

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes of course. We provide fresh towels and bed linen for all the guests in the apartment. If you stay more than 7 days, a weekly cleaning service will change your towels and bed linen and clean the apartment. All our towels and bed linen are white to guarantee spotless cleanliness.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
- Up to 30 days before arrival date: 0% of total amount

- Up to 14 days before arrival date: 30% de of total amount

- Up to 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total amount

- Less than 7 days before arrival date: 100% of total amount

 

What is the security deposit I have to pay on arrival?
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 EUR to cover any possible damage made during your stay, and beyond the normal usage. This amount will be fully refunded on departure. In most cases this deposit has been refunded.

 

How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment during the check-in. Someone will be there to greet you, collect the pending amount and show you around the apartment. It is important to send us the details of your arrival to Barcelona.

 

At what time do we have to leave the apartment?
Normal check-out time: 11:00, but again, we will try to accommodate to the needs of the client.

 

What is the minimum stay?
There is no minimum stay, with the exception of special seasons.
