Click & Enjoy S.L. is the company in charge of managing Bonavista Apartments Barcelona.
Payment
The online booking system requires the client to introduce a credit card number in order to secure the reservation. No amount will be charged on that credit card. 100% of the payment will be made on arrive, either in cash or with a credit card. Only in case of cancellation within the period foreseen in "Cancellation policy", the corresponding amount will be charged.
Upon arrival Click & Enjoy S.L. may ask at its sole discretion for a security deposit of 150 EUR which will be fully refunded on departure, if all the Terms & Conditions of this contract and the House Rules have been observed.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is after 15:00. In case you need to arrive earlier, we will try to accommodate to your needs. We have a locker where you can safely leave your belongings and visit the city while we finish cleaning the apartment.
Check-out time is 11:00 as we need to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Again, we will try to accommodate to your needs.
There will be a 30 EUR surcharge in case you check-in after 21:00 or check-out before 8:00.
Cancellation policy
If the client cancels a reservation, there will be a cancellation fee that will depend on the number of days before the arrival date.
- Up to 30 days before arrival date: 0% of total amount
- Up to 14 days before arrival date: 30% de of total amount
- Up to 7 days before arrival date: 50% of total amount
- Less than 7 days before arrival date: 100% of total amount
In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Any cancellation, including force majored, will be subject to this cancellation policy. We strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cleaning
There is a fee for the cleaning of the apartment prior to your arrival, which is already included in the total amount of the stay. Extra cleanings can be arranged on request. For stays longer than 7 days we will clean the apartment after 7 days and change the towels and sheets.
Number of guests
The client will inform Click & Enjoy S.L. of the number of guests included in the booking. Unless agreed otherwise, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment.
Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted in written.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Click & Enjoy S.L. at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
Liability
Guests declare explicitly to use the apartment at their own risk and relieve Click & Enjoy S.L. of all deduced claims of compensation.
There is no liability for valuables brought by the guests.
The guests are liable for all damages and impairments on the rented apartment or goods, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage.
Behavior
The client signing the check-in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Click & Enjoy S.L. shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.
Personal data
In compliance with article 5, section 1.a) of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, we inform you that the personal data you transmitted to us will be inserted in a file, which has been notified to the Agency for Data Protection, and will be processed and used in order to fulfill the services you selected. Access to these data is limited to those employees and providers who need to know these data in order to guarantee the before mentioned services. In all cases, you have the right to access, object to, correct and erase the data as foreseen in the Law mentioned before.
House Rules
As a client we kindly ask you to have a look at the House Rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for our clients to have a good experience in Barcelona.
Please don't smoke in the apartment. Smoke on the terrace if there is one or outside the building, and please do not throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.
Please respect our neighbors and other guests – some guests may not be in Barcelona on holidays. Please respect the noise levels in the stairs as well as in the apartments. Parties are strictly not allowed.
Quiet hours:
Monday - Friday 22:00 to 9:00
Saturday - Sunday 24:00 to 10:00
Please turn off the air-conditioning, lights and appliances if you leave the apartment, and do not operate the air-conditioning with the windows open; we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Although this is a safe neighborhood, we always recommend you to lock the doors securely behind you and only take what you need with you for the day.
You are expected to leave the apartment as you found it, specially the bathroom(s) and kitchen. Please do not leave the garbage in the apartment. You can leave it in the garbage containers located in the street (corner of Bonavista with Passeig de Gracia).
Please be careful with the keys. If you lose them, a 30 EUR fee will be deducted from the deposit. If you have 2 sets of keys, don’t exit the apartment leaving the other set in the lock on the inside of the apartment. You will block the lock, and we will have to call a locksmith. You will be charged with the full repair cost. If you are locked outside and we have to come open you, we will charge 30 EUR.
Please note that the check out time is at 11:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 11:00 to 15:00 prior to the next check-in (15.00 is the normal check in time). We have a free luggage locker service available.
